Don't let the illusion of full employment entrap you. 1) Try to find your strength and what you are good at. You can only be truly satisfied doing things that you good at.
2) If your current job does not fully utilise your strength, you should start be looking for another job.
3) You can only be passionate doing things that you are good and passionate about. If you are good and enjoy working in technical areas, what are you doing in management? If you good at management, why are you working in technical?
